Conrad Jupiters is the preferred venue for this year’s conference. Located at Broadbeach Island, Gold Coast, Queensland, Conrad Jupiters is set
amid one of the longest strips of pristine beach in the world and surrounded by lush hinterland ranges. It is walking distance to the Gold Coast
Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The Clean Energy Council has negotiated, on behalf of delegates, discounted room rates at Conrad Jupiters. To be eligible for these special rates delegates must complete accommodation requirement details on the relevant accommodation section on the delegate registration form. Once bookings are confirmed hotel terms and conditions apply.

Check In / 0ut Times:
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of check in. Check out time is 11.00 am. Bags
may be stored with concierge on the day of departure. Room rates are room only and do not
include breakfast.
Travel time from the airport:
The travel time from Coolangatta Airport to the hotel via taxi or coach services is approximately 20 – 30 minutes. The travel time from Brisbane airport to the hotel via taxi or private shuttle bus, is approximately 1 hour.
Parking:
The hotel provides free public parking on all levels of the car park. Hotel guest parking,
accessible by the use of guest room keys, and valet parking are also available at a nominal
cost.

The Council will not be responsible for any accommodation booking arrangements made between delegates and the hotels direct. Any accommodation changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel and any charges incurred as a result are to be paid by the delegate.
