South Australia’s Green Paper sought feedback on a range of areas requiring attention in the transition to net-zero.
The CEC provided insight into the current landscape from different parts of the industry and the policy needed to overcome the immediate challenges but also policy beyond the present-day hurdles and for our future net-zero Australia.The submission outlines key issues for South Australia’s attention in rooftop solar PV, storage, hydrogen gas, circular economy, transport, and education and workforce. It highlights the need for nation-wide cohesiveness to ensure for a successful comprehensive energy transition policy for the next three decades.
