What we can and can't help with
The Clean Energy Council is a not-for-profit peak body representing Australia’s renewable energy industry. We also administer two important industry programs which accredit products and retailers involved in home solar and battery systems.
We receive hundreds of enquiries every month, some of which we can help with and some of which we can’t.
Scroll below to find out whether we can help with your enquiry and, if so, the best contact details to use.
Important: The Clean Energy Council does not sell solar or batteries and we do not door-knock or call consumers. If a company has contacted you saying they are from the Clean Energy Council, they are scammers.
