2023 was a record-breaking year.
Records were surpassed for storage in terms of MWs added (3,949), MWhs added (9,095), and capital investment ($4.9B).
It was also a record-breaking quarter for storage in these same metrics, breaking all the records which had been set in Q2. However, 2023 was the lowest level of large-scale renewable energy generation capacity reaching financial commitment at 1.3GW.
